DESCRIPTION 

 SEALEXPERTS FLEXIGROUT is a single component polyurethane plugging agent is a polymer chemical grouting plugging material produced by the polymerization chemical reaction of polyisocyanate and polyhydrogen polyether. It is used for leak-stop repair of concrete cracks in buildings. It is suitable for crack prevention and reinforcement of underground projects such as subways, tunnels, culverts, dams, seaports, garages, and civil air defense.

Reaction time at 23 °C – 5 Second After come in contact with water Finish Reaction within 2 minutes time after which the mixture starts reacting and foams up time after which the mixture is no more fluid

   SEALEXPERTS FLEXIGROUT reacts with water forming a Flexible Polyurethane Foam

•  Due to its flexibility, the foam absorbs somewhat the movements of the crack.

•  Penetrates deep in fine cracks.

•  Reacts with water with the formation of carbon dioxide gas. This gas produces a swelling pressure and the resin expands to a foam sealing all water penetration

•  Foam rate : 350 %
